L'analyse du marché total adressable (TAM) est le processus d'estimation de l'opportunité totale de chiffre d'affaires disponible pour un produit ou un service. Elle englobe tous les clients potentiels et représente la demande maximale qui pourrait être générée si une entreprise atteignait 100 % de part de marché dans un segment de marché donné.
